Business Analyst – Customer Journey Mapping

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong expertise in Customer Journey Mapping (CJM) to support our Data Product team .

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the data product team to understand requirements, leveraging strong data interpretation and transformation skills.
• Analyze large datasets to derive customer insights.
