5+ years of experience in business analysis or functional QA, within the MUTUAL FUNDS is a MUST
- Solid understanding of mutual funds processes and systems.
- Proficiency in eliciting, documenting, and analyzing business requirements, with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and aptitude for balancing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical information to business users.
- PMP, CBAP, or similar certification is a plus.
