At Bachatt, we’re building a fintech platform that helps individuals make smarter money decisions using data and AI. As we scale, we’re looking for Business Analysts who enjoy working at the intersection of customer behavior, analytics, and intelligent systems.
What you’ll work on
- Build and map customer profiles using AI & data signals
- Map Bachatt’s financial products to the right customer segments using AI-driven insights
- Track and analyze activation, reactivation, engagement, retention, and drop-offs
- Define metrics, funnels, cohorts, and success KPIs across the customer lifecycle
- Translate business problems into clear analytical and data requirements
- Partner with product, engineering, and growth teams to drive outcomes
Who we’re looking for
- Strong analytical thinking with a business-first mindset
- Fluent understanding / willing to learn cutting edge python, AI tools, large SQL queries, disecting data across large excel sheets
- Ability to convert insights into actionable recommendations
- Startup mindset: ownership, curiosity, and speed
