Job Description

Are you passionate about transforming how organisations work? We’re looking for a proactive Business Analyst to play a pivotal role across HR and the wider organisation, driving improvements in how our processes and systems are designed, delivered, and supported. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with teams across the business to analyse current-state processes, uncover opportunities for automation and digitisation, project manage new HR platform implementations, and optimise our people-related systems to ensure they deliver maximum value.


This role offers hybrid working, with 2–3 days per week based on site and the remaining days worked from home. There will be occasional travel to our other UK and Ireland sites as and when required.
