Role Summary

Own end-to-end business analysis for one or more initiatives. Partner with stakeholders to translate business goals into clear, testable requirements and drive delivery with confidence and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead discussions and analysis to elicit, validate, and prioritize requirements.
  • Run Agile dev teams independently.
  • Create and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, use cases, and wireframes.
  • Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, and UAT; ensure acceptance criteria are met.
