Position: Business Analyst

Experience: 5-12 Years

Domain: Airline/Aviation

Mandatory Skillset: Navitaire, PSS (Passenger Service System)

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Work Location: Hyderabad

Work Mode: WFO - 5 Days.

Responsibilities

* 5+ years of experience in a business analyst or similar role in the airline industry

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels

* Experience with business intelligence tools, such as Tableau or Power BI

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

* Strong understanding of airline operations, including scheduling, revenue management, and customer service

* Certification in a related field, such as Six Sigma or CBAP, is a plus

* Experience with airline industry-specific software, such as Sabre or Amadeus

* Knowledge of airline industry regulations and standards, such as IATA or FAA
