Job Description

As a Vistex Business Analyst, you will review a company or client's business processes and understand the end-to-end Business processes. You will be a focal point of contact for the customers to execute day-to-day operations of a business user. The Business Analyst provides help and support to the Client Services and Operations teams through their knowledge of client Business process, Vistex Solutions and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) in order to support client queries. They assist a client or company to execute business strategies and ensure that the desired result is achieved in a timely manner and increase efficiencies for the clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Be able to quickly understand and adopt to new business processes and work alongside other business analysts/functional consultants to effectively drive customer requirements.

  • Be the liaison between business users, IT consulting team and other support teams

  • Should possess natural analytical way of thinking and troubleshooting issues.

  • Bring along technical expertise on ERP (preferably SAP) and at the same time be able to fit into and effectively execute the roles and responsibilities of end users.

  • Assume responsibility and assist at various levels of project implementation life cycle.

  • Executing test scenarios and test scripts after thorough understanding of different business processes.

  • Should be very good at documentation.

  • Should possess strong business acumen with excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills; ability to tailor communications for technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint is must

  • Extremely comfortable in a fast-paced environment that requires excellent time-management and the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
