Business Analyst II, Support Ops

Kroll Business Services (KBS) is seeking a Business Analyst to join our Support Operations organization in Manila. This hybrid role combines business analysis and project management responsibilities for Kroll’s growing operational center supporting the U.S. business, including the Kroll Government Solutions team and other KBS service lines.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from U.S. stakeholders and internal KBS teams.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and/or technical specifications.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation to support development and QA.
• Validate outputs against requirements and support UAT cycles to ensure solutions meet business needs.
