1. Requirements Gathering & Mapping

Conduct thorough requirements elicitation sessions with business users, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Channels, and Technology.
Document BRDs, FSDs, process flows, use cases, and user journeys for payments and clearing.
Align requirements with Oman-specific payment schemes such as:

ACH Oman (ACH-ON)
Oman RTGS
ECC (Electronic Cheque Clearing)
Mobile/Instant Payments (if applicable)



2. Payments & Clearing Expertise

Analyze existing payment processing workflows (current-state) and design optimized future-state flows for the new core platform.
Support inward/outward payments, real-time and batch payments, cross-border payments (SWIFT), and domestic clearing.
Ensure compliance with CBO regulations, including settlement processes...
