QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

• Must have 5+ years of IT business analysis experience in a compliance related project

• Mortgage industry experience preferred

• Proficiency in defining business problems and proposing solutions

• Experience in using Jira

• Ability to use SQL for extracting data for data analysis

• Expert skills in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to utilize the following functions: V-Lookup, H-Lookup, Concatenating formulas, Conditional formatting, and Pivot Tables

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business or related field a plus

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
