Job Description

HealthProof is seeking an experienced Business Consultant with strong expertise in the Healthcare domain . The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, communication, and consulting skills, and will work closely with business stakeholders to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customer-side business users to understand, analyze, and clarify business requirements.
• Identify business problems, document requirements, and prioritize them based on client inputs.
• Perform Requirements Analysis and Management following industry best practices.
• Propose solution options, explain pros and cons, and support customers in finalizing the optimal approach.
• Create detailed User Stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong ability to identify and document both functional and non-functional requirements .
• In-depth understanding of Healthcare domain processes , with the ability to address detailed functional queries.
• Working knowledge of the HealthEdge platform and its features to enable effective requirement-to-feature mapping.
• Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience

• 8+ years of experience in a Business Analyst / Business Consulting role.
• 5+ years of experience in the Healthcare domain.
• Overall experience: 10+ years, primarily within Healthcare.
• Location : Chennai, Trivandrum. Kochi
• Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days
