Position Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst with a strong IT background to join our team in a hybrid working model. 

The candidate will possess a good understanding of AWS, third-party integrations, and functional documentation. You will play a crucial role in analysing business requirements, designing technical solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of projects.


This is a remote position that requires travel to client locations for requirement gathering and relationship management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering
  • Develop functional specifications and user stories
  • Conduct gap analysis


  • Project Management and Documentation and process flows
  • Assist in project planning, estimation, and tracking
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams.


  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural designs.
  • Utilize AWS services and infrastructure to design scalable and reliable solutions.


  • Oversee and manage third-party services and APIs to enhance LMS functionality.
  • Evaluate and recommend third-party solutions to meet business needs.


  • Define and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with QA/Tech teams to identify and resolve defects and issues.


  • Provide support and troubleshooting assistance for implemented solutions.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders to ensure effective use of the LMS.


  • Travel to client locations as required to gather requirements, provide updates, conduct UATs, and ensure successful implementation of solutions.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions for future projects as well.


Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of AWS services and infrastructure.
    • Experience with third-party integrations and APIs.
    • Understanding of web technologies and frameworks.

    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Strong documentation skills.
    • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and related tools.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a hybrid work environment and travel as needed.
