Role Overview
We’re looking for a Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between client needs and smart
digital solutions. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their business processes and translate them into effective, scalable implementations—primarily using Zoho Solutions.
What you’ll do:
• Understand, gather, and analyze client business requirements
•Create clear BRDs, FRDs, and process flow diagrams
•Translate business needs into practical application solutions
•Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation
•Support UAT, client demos, and go-live activities
•Maintain functional documentation and user training materials
•Track project progress, risks, and dependencies, and share regular client updates
What you bring:
• 3+ years of business analysis experience
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Hands-on experience with Zoho (preferred)
