We’re seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to support our unified payments platform — spanning pay-ins, payouts, onboarding, and merchant services. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and external partners to convert business needs into clear, actionable requirements and ensure successful delivery of APIs, financial workflows, and operational processes.
You will own BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and ensure high-quality execution across sprints.

Requirements Gathering & Documentation
- Collaborate with Product Managers/Directors to translate the product vision into detailed business and functional requirements.
- BRD Finalization: Own end-to-end documentation of business requirements, flows, and high-/low-level design inputs.
