Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Understand and collect business requirements from stakeholders.

  • Prepare clear documentation like business requirement documents (BRDs) and user stories.

  • Work closely with developers, testers, and clients.

  • Help plan, test, and implement IT projects.

  • Suggest improvements to existing systems and processes.

  • Support in user training and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).

    • Skills Required:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.

  • Good understanding of software development processes (Agile/Waterfall).

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Familiar with tools like JIRA, Excel, and MS Word.

  • Basic knowledge of databases and SQL is a plus.
