Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in ambiguous environments, engaging directly with stakeholders, and translating requirements into clear, actionable deliverables for engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
• Translate business needs into user stories, workflows, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with Product Managers on scope definition, prioritization, and backlog grooming
• Work closely with offshore engineering teams to clarify requirements and resolve questions
• Support UAT, QA cycles , and validate that delivered solutions align with business objectives
• Maintain clear documentation using tools like Jira and Confluence

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on technical or digital projects
• Experience working with offshore or distributed engineering teams
• Exposure to legacy system modernization and greenfield development
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC
• Working knowledge of SQL, Jira, Confluence , and documentation tools
