Primary skill sets :. Knowledge of banking and financial domain.

Liaise with executive and business stakeholders to identify requirements.

Prepare the specification document like Business Requirement Solutions, Proposals etc., based on the input from Sr. BA. Work with core development team.

Secondary skill sets :. Supporting a team of developers creating business intelligence and analytical solutions in NPA (Non-Performing Asset)

Role description :.  Eliciting requirements from Client/Bankers

 Analytics & Business Intelligence

 Requirements management and communication

 Writing Business Solution & Functional Design Documents (FD / SRS)

 Ability to work in challenging and dynamic work environment

 Good communication skill with pleasing personality

 Ability to work and co-ordinate with cross domain teams

Educational Qualification : MBA

Experience Required : 1 to 3
