Business Analyst

Overview

Capgemini's Financial Services is driving large-scale business and technology transformation across banking and insurance. As a Transformation Business Analyst, you will partner with business, operations, and technology teams to shape and deliver change from discovery and business case through design, implementation, and benefits realization. You will apply strong analytical thinking, structured problem solving, and stakeholder management to enable measurable outcomes across customer, risk, cost, and control.

Mandatory language/domain requirements

• Strong communication in English.
• Spoken Mandarin/Cantonese; ability to read & write is highly favoured.
