Job Description
Gathering, validating, and documenting business requirements while collaborating with stakeholders across business units to develop analyses and documentation.
Continuously evaluate, analysed systems requirements and maintain system processes.
Provide status reports to all relevant parties.
Create detailed documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process maps and user manuals.
Provide training and support to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.
Serve as a liaison between IT and the business to ensure that technology solutions align with business needs
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology or Computer Science.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in business analysis within the IT sector/FinTech, demonstrating a strong understanding of business processes and technology solutions.
