Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support compliance initiatives across internal, local, regional regulators and card schemes. This role acts as a key liaison between business units, IT teams, schemes, and stakeholders, translating regulatory requirements into functional and high-level technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse regulatory mandates and assess business, system, and operational impact
• Perform gap analysis on new mandates and existing systems
• Gather, document, and manage business & functional requirements (JIRA stories)
• Own end-to-end requirements and functional design
• Present requirements and designs in IT demand meetings
• Coordinate with IT teams, vendors, schemes, and stakeholders on scope, delivery timelines, and estimations
