Business Analyst

The first month will be 100% on site. After that first month role requires 2 days per week on site (Tues/Weds) depending on business needs Candidates must be local (reside within one hour of Lansing, MI) We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support enterprise-level technology initiatives. This individual will work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and communicate clear, testable business requirements. The role includes facilitating requirement-gathering sessions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with project objectives. The Business Analyst will also act as Scrum Master for assigned projects and will utilize Azure DevOps extensively to manage backlogs, epics, features, and user stories.
