**Descripción y Requisitos**
This position supports the ongoing maintenance of the ERP system (primary Infor BPCS/LX 8.1/8.4), oversees the implementation of upgrades and new modules, and drives continuous improvement to business process and business results based on the enterprise capability of the ERP solution. Coordinates ERP maintenance and enhancement efforts to leverage enterprise resources, knowledge, and best practices.
**_ Education_**_ _**:
- Bachelor’s or master's degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent work experience.
**_Experience_**_ _**:
- Three years of leadership responsibility managing midsize to large teams and influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders.
