Qualifications

  • Functional analysis techniques: knowledge of functional analysis techniques that include interviews, stakeholder identification, methods, UML, interfaces, and systems;
  • Knowledge of process design (BPMN) and data modeling at the logical and conceptual level.
  • Technical skill : SQL, Jira, confluence
