We are looking for a Business Analyst that:
- Manage real-time communication of Cash Management incidents to customer service and sales teams, ensuring clear, centralized, and business-oriented messaging.
- Participate in technical and functional crisis calls, acting as a key interface between IT, Production, and business stakeholders.
- Coordinate Problem Management activities, including post-incident reviews, root cause analysis, and definition of remediation action plans.
