Business Analyst (LMS & School Transformation)

Experience: 5–7 Years

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

Reports to: Product Manager 

The Role 

We are looking for a Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between our high-level product vision and the execution of our Engineering team. You will be a key driver in our product development lifecycle, serving as the subject matter expert on how schools actually function. Your goal is to make our development process airtight by vetting every requirement before it hits production. 

Key responsibilities 

 Translate complex business needs into granular functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria. You own the Definition of Ready for the engineering team.

 Map as-is vs. to-be workflows for user roles. You’ll be the person who figures out how things actually works in the system.

 Create and maintain artifacts for product logic, including data mapping, integration specs, and business rule catalogues.
