As a Sr Consultant/Manager, you will acquire first‐hand consulting experience in the banking industry, build knowledge on a wide range of companies, and apply project management best practices in a fast‑paced and intellectually challenging work environment.

Job Responsibilities
- You will bridge business needs and technical solutions, leveraging data‑driven insights and ML models to optimize processes, enhance customer experiences, and enable digital transformation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into ML‑driven solutions.
- Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and predictive analytics.
- Work closely with data scientists and engineering teams to design, test, and implement ML models in production environments.
- Ensure user stories and technical documentation are clear and actionable for development teams.
Job Requirements
- Degree holder
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking or Financial Services.
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning concepts and their application in financial services (e.g., AML, KYC, Compliance, fraud detection, credit scoring, customer segmentation).
- Familiarity with ML tools and frameworks (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, Scikit‑learn) and data visualization platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Experience in Agile delivery and end‑to‑end project lifecycle.
- Team player with a strong ability to drive risk initiatives across business functions.
