We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a large-scale ERP implementation with urgent needs around process definition, integration requirements, and stakeholder alignment. This role is highly visible and will serve as the lead for business requirements gathering and process improvement across multiple functional areas.
This engagement requires someone who is comfortable operating in ambiguity, challenging existing processes, and driving conversations when documentation and clarity are limited.
In this role, you will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to analyze current-state processes, identify integration needs, and define future-state workflows. A key part of the work involves challenging existing processes—not just documenting them—to reduce unnecessary system complexity.
