You will be a hands-on solution expert. You will bridge the gap between complex insurance business needs (across Life, General, and Health lines) and the technical configuration of the INSIS platform. Your goal is to translate client processes into high-quality user stories and configured solutions, ensuring we maximize the platform's standard capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and map client business processes to Billing & collections and accounting modules.
  • Lead requirements workshops and write clear, testable user stories for configuration, customization, and others.
