Business Analyst

The position is primarily responsible for supporting in the development and enhancement of bank products, systems, and processes. The position is also responsible for conducting research studies in to expand the bank product portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Conducts research studies to develop new products and/or innovate existing bank products and services
• Identifies the nature and scope of new products as to specifications, requirements, and pricing
• Enhances bank portfolio to strengthen the presence of products in the market
• Ensures completion of the documentary requirements for the development and enhancement of bank products
• Collaborate with the ICT team in terms of the viability of the requirements for the implementations
• Prepares cost and revenue projection for the proposed product or enhancement
• Supports the pilot testing of new bank products and solicits feedback for improvement
