Job Description

  • Performs business requirements gathering from external and internal stakeholders using elicitation techniques and ensures proper documentation of these requirements using approved templates and forms
  • Creates business requirements documentation and creates system specifications that drive product development and implementation
  • Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates client’s requirement to implement systems solutions to support the client’s business processes requirements
  • Creates functional specifications provided by internal and external stakeholders of developed products and services
  • Creates process flow chart or diagram to provide a visual overview of all the tasks and relationships in a business process
  • Function as a liaison between business users and the technical team
