As a
Senior Business Analyst
, you will lead end-to-end analysis for high-impact financial software projects. You'll act as the bridge between stakeholders, product teams, and developers, guiding the entire lifecycle from discovery to delivery and post-go-live support.
We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:
Gather & Analyze Requirements.
Lead discovery sessions to elicit business needs and align on objectives. Translate complex requirements into clear, structured business specifications and documentation.
Model Workflows & Processes.
Define and diagram current and future-state business workflows. Identify automation opportunities and process improvements.
Design Conceptual Data Models.
Collaborate with data architects to define and document high-level data structures. Ensure data alignment across systems during migrations or integrations.
