Job description:

  • Perform the requirements gathering with customer.
  • Perform analysis on customer requirements.
  • Design and document the functional details.
  • Provide consultancy on the system product. Training will be provided by Product Team to understand the reward system product.
  • Perform configuration of the system based on input of functional details and business requirements.
  • Develop the test scenarios and test scripts.
  • Carry out the testing including the mobile application, web application and administration portal testing.
  • Supporting the customer during the testing.
  • Conduct the training to the customer.
  • Perform the system functional maintenance support.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years working experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent position.
