Business Analyst

Client: Our client is a global technology company specializing in travel, loyalty, and e‑commerce solutions.

Position overview: The Business Analyst reports to the Senior Product Manager and collaborates closely with cross‑functional teams, including product managers, software engineers, QA, and design. In this role, you will be responsible for translating business needs into clearly defined requirements and user stories, managing the refinement process in Jira, and ensuring alignment across the team throughout the development cycle.
