Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and prioritize business requirements.
  • Develop and document business process flows, functional specifications, and system architecture designs.
  • Lead workshops and meetings to align stakeholders and ensure clear communication of requirements.
  • Analyze core business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Oversee product development stages, including planning, development, testing, release, and production.
  • Manage and prioritize product backlogs to align with stakeholder objectives.
  • Communicate project plans, progress, and deliverables to stakeholders and project managers.

    • Skills and Experience

  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on design creation and solution implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of architecture design modeling and tools.
  • Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques and tools (e.g., interviews, workshops, surveys).
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum project methodologies.
  • Strong process mapping, re-engineering, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience with modeling tools (e.g., Lucid chart, draw.io) and documentation management software (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Loop).

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or a related field.
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal) is required.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, large-scale projects with a business impact.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and evolving business needs.

    • Certifications such as ECBA, CBAP, or ScrumMaster (CSM), or PSPO are highly preferred
