Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in BFSI domain with a focus on Customer Relationship Management (CRM - MS Dynamics) and Retail Banking Domain experience & associated IT impacts, affecting the Customer Relationship Management (CRM - MS Dynamics) and Retail Banking market.
  • Good understanding of the global CRM Landscape and Retail Banking.
  • Experience of Solution Architecture / Design and Implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM - MS Dynamics) and Retail Banking solutions.
  • Should be able to able to play catalyst role between business and IT
  • Good communication skills with ability to lead domain discussions with BFSI customers.
  • Good experience in Gherkins way of drafting business requirements.
