Education - B-Tech -IT Or CS OR MBA

Domain - OIL AND GAS  // CRM (Mandatory)

BA - Past experience of working as Business Analyst in digital implementation projects, B.Tech/BE degree in Computer Science or Information Technology. OR • A degree in Master of Business Administration / PGDM

Job Description: 

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across exploration, production, sales, and operations.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for CRM solutions.
• Evaluate current business processes within Oil & Gas operations and identify improvement opportunities.
• Work with CRM development and support teams to customize and configure CRM systems.
• Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams to ensure seamless delivery of CRM features.
• Support the implementation of CRM tools, conduct UAT, and train end-users.
• Provide insights based on data trends from CRM and ERP platforms to support decision-making.
• Develop process documentation, business workflows, and user guides.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and CRM tool updates to recommend improvements.
• Ensure solutions comply with regulatory and safety standards applicable to the Oil & Gas industry.
