Key Responsibilities

  • To assist trading clients and sales traders to ensure smooth order flow, evaluate and address glitches real time
  • Study the existing architecture of the firm, and work closely with IT team for maintenance and new initiatives
  • Liaise with vendor and Internal IT team for issue resolution and new developments towards better client servicing


Requirements

  • 9+ years of relevant experience
  • Engineering background - B.E or B.Tech with specialisation in IT.
  • Candidate must have good knowledge and understanding of trading, risk and oms systems, fix connectivity, algorithms etc.
  • Interest in financial markets is good to have, to be able to understand clients requirements better, and logic behind algorithms
  • Strong client service skills, with ability to understand and meet client needs.
