Job Description
We’re looking for a hands-on Business Analyst to work closely with our Creator team and
directly with the Chief Business Officer. This role is for someone who enjoys deep data
work, RCAs, and pattern analysis, not just reporting dashboards.

What You’ll Do
● Perform deep-dive analysis and RCAs on creator, campaign, and affiliate
performance
● Study patterns and trends across creators, categories, brands, and time periods
● Track key affiliate metrics: GMV, conversions, CTR, AOV, commissions, cohorts,
funnels
● Share daily observations and data-backed suggestions with the team and
leadership
● Identify performance drops, spikes, and anomalies and explain why they happened
● Analyze contests, milestones, incentives, and campaigns to assess real impact
● Work closely with Creator Managers, Growth, and Product teams to validate insights
● Ensure data accuracy and clarity across reports and dashboards
What We’re Looking For
● 2–5 years of experience in analytics / business analysis / growth analytics
● Strong experience doing RCAs and detailed analysis (not just MIS reporting)
● Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivots, formulas, analysis models)
● Comfort working with large datasets and drawing clear conclusions
● Ability to explain insights simply to non-analytical teams
● High ownership and curiosity, you notice things others miss
Good to Have
● Experience in affiliate platforms, creator economy, or e-commerce
● BI tools (Looker, Metabase, Power BI, etc.)
● SQL or basic data querying experience
