Business Analyst

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Gather and understand the client's technical
requirements from the Sales team and communicate the same effectively with the cross -functional
team members and management.

· Acts as a SPOC (Single point of contact) for
client interactions and concurrently with the technical team, responsible for
daily / weekly meetings and for necessary update / changes.

· Analyze & create the project scope /
document and effort estimation, anticipate changes (Identify the problem areas/processes in the business that are
to be benchmarked)
