Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Nagpur for a Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, defining business processes, and translating them into actionable recommendations. The selected candidate will act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication of project requirements. Additional responsibilities include identifying process improvement opportunities, preparing reports, and presenting insights to support decision-making.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret data effectively for decision-making
• Proven experience in Business Analysis and defining Business Requirements with minimum 2 years of experience
• Proficiency in understanding and optimizing Business Processes
• Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to convey technical and business concepts clearly
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and work independently when needed
• Experience in ERP domains or relevant industries (Education, Banking, Healthcare) is advantageous
