Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support our client’s global operations in Mumbai. This role is critical in bridging business needs with technological solutions, ensuring seamless process optimization and effective communication across teams. The Business Analyst will play a key role in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, driving data-informed decisions, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. This is a 12-month contract position with the potential for transition to client payroll based on performance and business demand. The ideal candidate will be an immediate joiner with strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and the ability to thrive in a rotational shift environment.
Responsibilities:
Analyze business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to gather, clarify, and document business requirements.
Develop comprehensive reports, presentations, and data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
Utilize advanced Excel skills for data management, analysis, and reporting.
Engage with business tools and systems to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
Graduate in any discipline (excluding BSc, IT, BCA, and
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proven customer service orientation and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work effectively in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Immediate availability for on-site work in Mumbai.
Advanced proficiency in Excel is preferred.
Salary and Benefits:
CTC: ₹20,000 per month
Shift: Rotational Shift (US Shift)
