3+ years of experience in a BA or Application Analyst role with increasing responsibility including SaaS/Cloud platform implementations Experience translating business requirements into configuration / design specifications of a SaaS/Cloud platform. Experience performing software validation. 3+ years of experience in gathering business requirements from customers. 1+ years of work experience in the public/community services sector (preferred) Strong project management and organizational skills Confident, Client-facing, comfortable with unknowns/not knowing the answer Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
