3+ years of experience in a BA or Application Analyst role with increasing responsibility including SaaS/Cloud platform implementations Experience translating business requirements into configuration / design specifications of a SaaS/Cloud platform. Experience performing software validation. 3+ years of experience in gathering business requirements from customers. 1+ years of work experience in the public/community services sector (preferred) Strong project management and organizational skills Confident, Client-facing, comfortable with unknowns/not knowing the answer Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well independently or as part of a team; ability to interact well with all levels of staff. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to multi task and handle several projects. Should be able to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously and deliver accurate recommendations that support client success Experience implementing software that supports workflows preferred. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with aptitude for exceptional customer service Comfortable working from a home office while using conferencing tools to connect with colleagues and clients across time zones Flexibility to occasionally work outside of core business hours to accommodate clients in different time zones Experience : 4 – 6 yrs
