Role Overview:

The role will be responsible for managing data accuracy, driving campaign performance tracking, enabling seasonal updates, and ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration. The Business Analyst will support business teams with meaningful MIS and actionable insights to drive decision-making. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate business data across internal systems and tools
  • Create, update, and validate datasets linked to campaigns, product performance, and seasonal plans
  • Track and follow up on campaigns with sales, marketing, and regional teams ensuring timely execution
  • Build MIS dashboards and periodic reports to support business reviews and leadership visibility
  • Lead data consolidation and insights generation for product and market performance
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance
