Experience - 4 to 6 years
Key Responsibilities
Business & Process Requirements
Collaborate closely with product, marketing, operations, and technology teams to elicit, analyze, document and prioritize business requirements in an Agile environment
Translate business processes and functional requirements into well-defined epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria aligned with the product vision
Maintain and refine the product & backlog, ensuring stories are ready for sprint planning (Definition of Ready)
Facilitate and participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, review/feedback, and retrospectives
Support development and QA teams by clarifying requirements, resolving queries, and managing scope during sprints
Ensure end-to-end requirements traceability from user stories through development, testing, and release
