Role - Business Analyst (Quick Commerce)
Location - Noida (Onsite)
Experience - 4 to 6 years
Key Responsibilities
- Business & Process Requirements
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, operations, and technology teams to elicit, analyze, document and prioritize business requirements in an Agile environment
- Translate business processes and functional requirements into well-defined epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria aligned with the product vision
- Maintain and refine the product & backlog, ensuring stories are ready for sprint planning (Definition of Ready)
- Facilitate and participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, review/feedback, and retrospectives
- Support development and QA teams by clarifying requirements, resolving queries, and managing scope during sprints
- Ensure end-to-end requirements traceability from user stories through development, testing, and release
- Collaborate with QA to validate acceptance criteria and support functional and UAT testing
- Analyze business processes and recommend incremental improvements aligned with Agile delivery principles
- Support change management by assessing impacts, reprioritizing backlog items, and ensuring stakeholder alignment
- Assist in prioritization and project scoping for e-commerce initiatives based on ROI and business impact
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Gather, interpret, and analyze data from various sources including Google Analytics and internal & external systems
- Maintain standardized dashboards and weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Monitor key metrics such as traffic trends, conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and customer lifetime value (CLV) etc.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google/Adobe Analytics, Power BI, Tableau etc. will be preferred
- Stakeholder Management
- Act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and Agile delivery teams (developers, QA, UX)
- Communicate insights clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Present findings, forecasts, and recommendations in weekly/monthly business calls.
Required Qualifications
Education :
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science
- MBA/PGDM preferably from Tier 1 institute/college
Experience : 4–6 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or e-commerce operations.
Soft Skills : Fluency in written and verbal communication in English language
Preferred Qualifications :
- Knowledge of SQL and advanced Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables etc.) for analytics.
- Knowledge of Magento e-commerce platform
