BUSINESS ANALYST (MSC):
Bowhead seeks a Business Analyst to join our team in supporting the Military Sealift Command (MSC) Financial Management support Services effort located in Norfolk, VA. The mission of MSC is to provide sealift for strategic mobility support of national defense objectives.
Responsibilities
Analyze business processes, functional requirements, and financial workflows in accordance with Department of Defense (DoD) standards.Apply documented knowledge of the Department of Defense Financial Management Regulation (DoD FMR) or comparable Federal financial regulations to evaluate requirements and identify improvements.Develop and document business requirements, system specifications, process maps, and use cases.Support change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communications, and training materials.Assist with system testing, including test case...
