Business Analyst

LeverageTek is actively seeking a Junior Business Analyst for a 12-month term opportunity with its Ottawa-based customer.

Work Location

The successful candidate will be required to work 2x/week on-site at the customer headquarters in Ottawa

Key Tasks

• Support the documentation of business requirements, process flows, and operational procedures
• Assist in developing current-state and future-state workflows, including “day-in-the-life” process documentation
• Participate in stakeholder meetings, workshops, and working sessions, capturing notes, decisions, and action items
• Contribute to impact assessments, presentations, and supporting materials for internal and external stakeholders
• Provide ongoing analytical and documentation support for BAU activities and project deliverables
