Job Summary:
The Business Analyst serves as a mid-level analyst within the CRA Reporting Team, supporting complex reporting, analytics, and compliance initiatives. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of CRA-related data while delivering insights that support strategic decision-making. The analyst partners closely with business units, Compliance, and senior leadership to maintain regulatory alignment and strengthen the organization’s CRA performance monitoring framework.
Key Responsibilities: Data Management & Analytics: Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards to monitor CRA lending, investment, and service activity across multiple business lines. Develop and manage Alteryx workflows to automate large-scale data preparation, cleansing, and validation processes.
