Job Title: Business Analyst – Payments Domain (PEGA, SWIFT)
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 8+ years (Payment’s domain expertise required)
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst for a Big Four Firm with strong knowledge of the Payments domain , including SWIFT messaging standards and ISO 20022 , and familiarity with PEGA workflows . The BA will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly defined and implemented effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for payment processing systems and workflows.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional specifications.
Collaborate with PEGA developers to design and validate workflows and case management solutions.
Define requirements for SWIFT message integration (MT/MX formats) and compliance with payment standards.
